Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 2 business days. Orders are dispatched when inventory is confirmed available.

Where We Ship From

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based fulfillment partners when inventory is available. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from a US-based facility to your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Delivery to remote areas or international destinations may be subject to local customs procedures, which can affect delivery times.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • In the rare event of a delay due to carrier logistics, customs clearance, or local holidays, we will notify you proactively.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
